I am a qualified teacher, I obtained my degree in Hungary. I had been teaching for a few years and I was also running a business with my ex-husband at the same time. Following a divorce I moved to England in 2006 for a fresh start. I had been working for OCS as an auditor in pharmacies since 2008. I started my property investment journey from 2012 by attending Property Investors Network meetings at Manchester. I also educated myself during the last 4 years by attending at professional courses. I bought my first residential property in 2014 which was the first step towards buy-to-let as I created an extra room for a lodger with an impressive ROI of 129%. I managed to establish a multi-let business in Wigan town centre with Gabor in June 2015. During 2016 we have been coaching with Susan Alexander to improve our skills and to establish our business on a solid foundation.

Tunde finished the North West Property MBA programme and received her certificate among others at Asana Property Meeting on the 10th of Sept 2018. She worked on 6 modules during the last 6 month including finding deals, manage projects and so on. Self development is an important part of a growing business.

 I am a qualified teacher and journalist, and I used to work for a local radio and television as a reporter, presenter and chief-editor in Hungary. I also obtained a Public Relations qualification while I was in employment. However, I moved to the UK in 2005. I bought my first residential property in 2007. I educated myself in property investment from 2013 when I met Tunde. She inspired me to attend at PIN meetings and other relevant professional trainings. As a result, I rented out my flat in 2014, then I moved to Wigan 6 months later and helped Tunde to add value to her first property. I invested into a 2 bedroom house in Wigan which we turned it into a 3 bedroom multi-let in June 2015. We established our company, Wigan Winners Properties at the end of 2016. We added extra two properties to our portfolio in 2017 and set up new goals for the near future.

What does 2018 hold for you?


We have no crystal ball to find out. Actually, we don’t need it, we’ve already set up our goals financial and marketing plan for this year.


 

We’ve invested much time and energy into our property business to get where we are now.  But we’re not stopping here, we’re hungry for success to find more business, more accommodation, more happy tenants and last but not least more MONEY.
